There aren't many dining options for us to go "out" for dinner where we live, so most nights I cook at home-sweet-home. Each weekend I come up with a meal plan for what I'm going to cook for dinner for the upcoming week and then I grocery shop on Sundays or Mondays.
Sometimes it's so dang hard to think of something "different" to cook for dinner. I get so tired of chili, tacos and spaghetti.
I'll be glad when the warm weather arrives and we can fire up the grill. But for now, I try to come up with simple but delicious recipes each week.
