I've already posted this recipe once...but I made it for dinner again this week and it's just so SIMPLE and DELISH that I'm sharing it again......
White Bean Turkey Chili
1 15oz. can corn (drained)
2 15oz cans great northern beans (or other white beans) (undrained)
1 pound ground turkey(browned)
1 package Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch dressing mix
1 package chili seasoning (I used McCormick)
1 can of Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 10oz. can of Rotel
2 soup cans of water
2 TBSP heavy cream (I left this out and it was still excellent)
2 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and cook on medium for 15-20 minutes. (just like you would cook chili on the stovetop) ( I don’t feel like typing all of the rest of the instructions...just mix it all together and cook it...you get it) It's good!

This looks so yummy! I'll have to definitely try to make this. I'm a fellow KY girl and have enjoyed your blog!
