Lately I feel like I've just been hangin' around. You know, being kind of lazy, watching Pretty Little Liars and Hart of Dixie on Netflix and eating and reading weight loss books (great combo.) I'm in a rut. I need to get back to the gym and lose some dang weight. What else is new.
In all actuality I spent the whole month of December decorating for Christmas, traveling to visit family, cooking, traveling back home to host family at our house, more cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, washing more dishes, doing laundry, taking care of a toddler..... BUT somehow I still feel like I've been more lazy than usual AND my clothes are a bit more snug (ugggh)....probably a result of holiday binge eating AND a little bit of Winter laziness that comes with the cold weather.
So, I've got to get BACK ON TRACK!
What do you do for exercise in the Winter? How do you recover from the Holiday Eating Hangover??
